I came back to Melbourne last night from my 2 days trip to QLD. It was great to catch up with my friend, Brisbane own Sake Master Mr. JACK from SONO restaurant. Also it was great to meet Mr. TAKAHASHI from CHOYA UMESHU (Thank you very much for a long trip to Australia all the way from Osaka, Japan).

The main reason for this trip is to give some SAKE LECTURE to a few restaurants in QLD and have a SAKE TASTING EVENT at Mizu Restaurant. (Big thank to Mr. CHAKI & HITOMI san for the event.) I had a real good time to see a lot of people in QLD who has big interests in SAKE and willing to know more about it. So I promise you to keep up my activity as a Sake Master to share the joy of SAKE with everyone all over in Australia.

The next one should be held in Melbourne, sometime this summer. I will inform you once it’s set up. At last, thank you very much for DAIWA FOOD BRISBANE to set up these events for me.

*For those who attended sake tasting night on Monday 6, please refer these links below for more detail of each item.
