So why don't you try them now to make your sake drinking more interesting?

CREAM CHEESE & WASABI SOY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
Cream Cheese 100gm
Wasabi 10gm
Soy Sauce 50ml
RECIPE
Cut cream cheese in a finger size piece.
Simply dip a piece of cream cheese into wasabi soy sauce.

COMMENT
This is super simple sake matching food. It's an unique combination of cream cheese and wasabi soy but it's very effective & addictive! Matching perfect with rich sweet Daiginjo & fruity Junmai Ginjo

DRIED TOMATO CANAPE

INGREDIENTS
Dried Tomato Canape 150g
Rice Cracker 1 pack
Sliced Cheese 5 pieces
Salt & Pepper
RECIPE
Cut a piece of cheese in 4 by hand. Put a cut piece of cheese and a piece of dried tomato on each rice crackers and spray with salt & pepper.Put them in a over at 100 degres and grill them for 5 min. Once cheese starts melting,it's ready.
COMMENT
Sweetness and acidity of sun dried tomato & melting cheese will be a perfect matching with middle/full body Junmai.

PAN FRIED CASHEW NUTS

INGREDIENTS
Cashew Nuts 200g
Salt 25g
RECIPE
Simply pan fry cashew nuts with salt. Start cooking with medium flame and keep moving a pan not to over cook them.
COMMENT
Very simple & easy quick sake partner. Matching with sweet Daiginjo. You can also use macadamia nuts for a sweeter substitute.
