Mieno Kanbai Ginjo is a rich, soft and rounded flavoured Ginjo with a beautiful fragrance, a hint of dark chocolate, hazel nut & honey. It is made from the best sake rice Yamadanishiki (40% milled away) and a famous clean underground water of Suzuka Mountain. As a result of being fermented with a lot of care in a low temperature for over 4 weeks,(almost twice longer than usual fermentation period) just like treat your baby, it came out as one of the best Ginjo from Mie. Good to be taken cold & surprisingly warm as well!
