Also their local Reiho Hakusan is one of the most famous three Japanese mountains same to Fuji and Tateyama. Good rice, good water combined with a long cold winter, there are three important elements for sake brewing all together to make this clean, smooth, soft & mellow flavoured top quality sake. Kaganotsuki Gekko is premium Junmai Daiginjo made from 60% milled Gohyakumangoku rice. Its fragrance is very still and elegant just like a full moon light (which Gekko means in Japanese).
