Hokkaido's one of the most famous brewery Kitanohomare Shuzo's newly introduced traditional Hokkaido style semi dry Daigonjo "GOKUTAIHO" This Daigonjo has a clear color and a beautiful Ginjo fragrance reminiscent of Nashi pear. The first sip delivers the full umami & sweetness of 60% polished away Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice, however, soon it turns into a classic Hokkaido style long dry finishing. There are well balanced flavour of sweetness & acidity in aftertaste that makes you want to sip another one. Great matching with Hokkaido's famous local products Uni sea urchie & IKURA salmon roe.
