Saiya Shuzo is famous Ginjo Kura (sake brewery who specialized in premium grade.) who won the Gold Medal at the Annual New Sake Competition more than anyone else in Akita. More than half of the rice used for sake brewing at this Kura is grown by Toji (brewing master) & Kurabito (people work at Kura). The yeast is originally invented. Water is natural mineral water taken from their well in their Kura. This is the typical Ginjo Kura spirit who believes quality more than quantity. Yukinobousha Junmai Ginjo is one of the best products from this Kura. It has beautiful fruity Ginjo fragrance.
